UL 300 Restaurant Suppression Systems

ABC Fire Inc. is state certified to install Kitchen Suppression Systems. We are also certified through our manufactures (Amerex, Ansul, and PyroChem) to install these pre-engineered systems. These Kitchen Suppression Systems are UL 300 compliant along with complying with NFPA 17A and NFPA 96. The system is designed to maximize hazard protection, reliability, and installation efficiency. Automatic or manual system activation releases a discharge of potassium carbonate solution on the protected area in the form of fine droplets to extinguish the fire and prevent re-ignition after the discharge is complete.

KITCHEN KNIGHT II by PyroChem

System offers protection of hood, duct and appliances. The system offers 4 size cylinders from 1.6 gal to 6 gal of chemical for all your protection needs. Also this system has low and high proximity nozzles for any appliance requiring protection. PyroChem also offers enclosures for the tank and mechanics for a stainless steel finished looked if desired.

ZONE DEFENSE by Amerex

System offers protection of hood, duct and appliances. The system offers an overlapping spray pattern which allows for moving of appliance without changes to the system. Another feature of this system that is not offered by any other in the industry is the thermal responsive pressurized tubing. This is placed in the plenum area instead of fusible links, conduit, and corner pulleys.
